Terms of service
These terms govern use of the AgentHail public beta by businesses, requesters, and software agents.
Using AgentHail
You may use AgentHail only for lawful requests and business workflows. You must provide accurate account information and have authority to submit any information you send through the service.
Your account and credentials
You are responsible for protecting passwords, requester tokens, and API keys. Do not publish credentials or use another business's endpoint or inbox without permission. Tell us promptly if you believe a credential has been exposed.
Request content
You keep responsibility for the content you submit and the responses your business provides. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request.
Public beta availability
AgentHail is an early-stage product. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be interrupted. We work to preserve request integrity and security, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates legal or security risk. You may stop using AgentHail at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgentHail is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for business decisions made from requests and responses exchanged through the service.
