AgentHail collects only the information needed to operate structured business endpoints, route requests, and protect the service.
Information we collect
We process account details, business profile information, accepted request types, API-key metadata, and the requests and responses submitted through AgentHail. A request may include contact details and structured data chosen by the requester.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, create and operate business endpoints, deliver requests to the correct inbox, return request status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
Sharing and service providers
We use infrastructure and database providers to run AgentHail. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information or use request content for advertising.
Security and retention
Access is restricted by business membership, requester tokens, or private API keys. Raw requester tokens and API keys are shown only when created and are stored as one-way hashes. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and support the service or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Businesses control the request content submitted to their endpoints and should provide their own privacy disclosures when required.
